About Our Practice

Find Yourself

We offer several Yoga disciplines to our patrons which include Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) as well as Hatha Yoga & meditations. We understand that, for the novice, the difference between these Yoga disciplines, may appear confusing, however, while at it's most basic level all Yoga disciplines are very similar. The philosophies & practices of the various types of Yoga in fact do have fundamental, different & far reaching impacts and results for our students.

Hatha Yoga

Tuesdays 6:00pm

Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. Our Hatha Yoga is mainly aimed at the improvement of your physical health. We use advanced techniques to enable you to focus on your body & unlock the vast potential of movement to develop the strength and flexibility you desire.

Kundalini Yoga

Monday & Thursday 6:00pm

Saturday 7:00am

Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) is a deeply spiritual voyage for the practitioner in which we heal our body & soul at a cellular level, by searching, discovering & connecting with the truth of our soul's journey. Khundalini Yoga is a profound healing mechanism which provides the individual with the necessary tools to cope with life's challenges whilst simultaneously reaching the ultimate goal of self acceptance, and, through this journey, being introduced to one's true authentic self.
