I've been wanting to start Yoga for a couple years now, mainly to try improve my posture, but kind of intimidated of not being able to do all the poses correctly. Amanda welcomed me with arms wide open and is helping me reach my goals. Soon after starting not only has my posture improved but I now find that I wake up easier, I'm able to concentrate better, I feel more productive, happy and in control of my emotions. Amanda's studio is totally non threatening, super intimate and my new happy place. My only regret is that I did not start sooner.
